    A hawksbill turtle rescued from an illegal fishing boat will be released today by Department of Land Resource Management (DLRM) scientists at the Nightcliff Jetty.

    Rachel Groom, DLRM Marine Wildlife Scientist, said the turtle was found alive on-board a foreign fishing vessel apprehended by the Royal Australian Navy and Australian Fisheries Management Authority (AFMA) near Evans Shoal two weeks ago.
